ADHD Superpower Coaching
My mission is to help clients benefit from learning and life-experience.
I offer coaching to all ages as well as professional development for teachers and advocacy for parents.
I offer parents the ability to better manage their children, and understand the impact their own desires and beliefs and behaviors have on their ADHDer.

ADHD Teens - With extensive experience working with children (including three of my own, aged 11-18), my ability to connect and relate to them allows me to coach at a deeper and more meaningful level. As one client (age 15) said after a bad day at school "I want to speak to Craig, he understands"
Wherever you interact with people, be it online (gaming), in school, playing a team sport or at home, I can help you understand and give you the language to be able to explain what you do, why you do it and most importantly help you grow into a confident, capable, successful member of society.
ADHD Adults - As an ADHDer who grew up in the 70's, even coming from a loving family I never had the sort of support and understanding to give me the confidence required in the working world. I wish I had the tools to understand my strengths and be able to focus on things that matter to me and made me happy or kept my interest.
PARENTS - As a parent of an ADHD teen, I am able to relate and empathise while also giving you the tools to support your child, tween or teen.
ADVOCACY - I offer advocacy support on your childs behalf or as a sounding board prior to meetings with the school. I'm not called the 'the principal whisperer' for nothing.
TEACHERS - Having dealt with multiple schools over the last 18 years I know the challenges faced and can help you set-up your class for success by utilising the strengths of your ADHD students. Instead of feeling like you have to work around them or marginalise them I help guide you in identifying their unique strengths and helping them feel part of the class.
MY Offering
A coaching relationship is a collaborative process based on individual interests, needs, and goals.
Trust and mutual respect are an essential part of the work we will be doing. My job is to inspire and maximize your personal, academic, and professional potential.
Your job is to commit to the work and use the time between sessions—namely your everyday life—to implement the ideas and strategies we discuss during our sessions.
Ultimately, the results and successes will be yours to achieve.
