PARENTS

With support and guidance, you can change your childs life.
The language you and teachers use and even your own expectations and belief systems can (and do) impact your child. This often leaves a legacy of constant fear of failure, self-doubt and a desire to please others to avoid being told off or letting loved ones down.
ADHD Coaching guides you to better understand your child
Reduce household stress, build a stronger relationship with your child and help them fulfill their undoubted potential - unburdened by trying to live up to someone elses idea of life.

You can either keep masking or let me guide you to find your strengths, build confidence & be happier at home, school or work

Each session is 50 minutes and you can book as you need. Initially weekly sessions are recommended then moving to fortnightly/monthly once you have a handle on it.

For younger children aged 6 - 12, I will spend the first half hour with them (and parents if desired), then once the child feels 'cooked' - mentally drained, spend the remaining time with parents reviewing what is working and what you wish to work on.

If you would like a free 15 minute discovery call to know if ADHD Coaching is right for you or your child email craigw@adhdsupercoach.com.au

About The coach

I am an ADHD coach, trained at ADDCA, a New York ADHD Coaching Academy, offering personalised private coaching for newly diagnosed men and teens as well as working with parents and their young ADHDer.

Drawing from over 50 years of lived experience as well as my personal journey of raising a son with AuADHD, I know what you are going through - as a parent, as an ADHD and dealing with difficult bosses or a school which doesn't understand your little ADHDer.

Whether it is losing your job, family stress or maintaining relationships with friends and extended family, I understand and can support you as you grow and develop your understanding of yourself and your ADHD.

Having grown up with ADHD
I know what it feels like to live in constant fear: fear of failure, fear of losing your job, fear of being found out as an imposter.

My mission is to provide the support I never had, helping other ADHDers navigate their challenges with compassion and understanding so they can have a happier more fulfilling life using their own superpowers. I know what mine are, let me guide you to find yours.

Superpowers

Why focus on Superpowers?

ADHD Superpower Coaching focuses on your strengths.

ADHDers are often told they’re not good enough, that they make mistakes, or that they’re doing something wrong - usually seen as a result of a lack of focus and attention, emotional dis-regulation and impulsive behaviour.

However the reality is often very different.

Those with ADHD usually possess immense love, a natural ability to work as a team and a strong desire to support others.

Working with Craig has been such a positive experience for our family. From the very beginning, he understood the unique challenges our 15 year old ASD/ADHD son faces.

Craig's genuine understanding and empathy has meant that both our son, and us as parents, feel seen and understood.

Craig’s personal experience and insights along with his practical approach has led to identifying specific school accommodations, making an immediate positive impact on our son's school attendance and engagement.

We look forward to further development for our family through Craig's coaching.

I engaged Craig approximately 8 months ago to assist in enabling me to thrive in the workplace and at home with ADHD. Craig has provided me with tools and practical strategies to deal with situations as they arise. I would recommend Craig as an ADHD coach.

Craig supported our 13yr old and gave him the confidence to advocate for himself with his teacher.

Our son now has more confidence and understands more about his ADHD.

As parents, we are managing our relationship better and see a more confident, happy child thanks to the work done with Craig.
